Systemic and Psychocorporeal Therapy
My therapeutic work combines systemic therapy with body-based and holistic approaches, recognising the close connection between emotional experience, physical sensations, relationships, and communication.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, personal feelings, or individual interpretations, this work explores wider contexts and interactions. The focus is on how people relate to others, how they communicate with those around them and with themselves, and how these interaction patterns repeat across different areas of life.
This approach differs from traditional clinical psychology, which often centres primarily on the internal world of the individual. Systemic therapy considers that life is complex and that difficulties are rarely caused by one factor alone. Our reactions, emotional responses, and moments of feeling “triggered” are often shaped by early childhood interactions and reinforced through repeated experiences within families, couples, professional environments, and social contexts.
By observing these patterns together, it becomes possible to loosen what no longer serves and create space for change that is practical, grounded, and sustainable.
Areas of Support
I offer support for a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including:
- Anxiety, phobias, panic attacks and ongoing stress
- Depression and emotional exhaustion
- Relationship difficulties within couples or families
- Parenting challenges, burnout and family conflict
- Attachment and developmental concerns
- Grief, separation and life transitions
- Behavioural difficulties in children and adolescents
- Workplace stress, burnout and relational difficulties
- Trauma, addictions and loss of confidence
Support is adapted to adults, children, parents, couples, and families, taking into account individual circumstances, pace, and needs.
Parenting and Family Support
With a background as a qualified early childhood educator, I offer therapeutic and relational support to parents facing exhaustion, uncertainty, or ongoing difficulties within family life.
Parental guidance and educational support are closely linked. The aim is not to provide fixed solutions, but to help parents better understand relational dynamics, strengthen confidence, and improve communication within the family system.
This work may include:
- Support for parent–child relationships
- Accompaniment during pregnancy and early parenthood
- Guidance through family transitions and adjustment periods
Voice, Sound and Body-Based Therapies
When appropriate, I integrate complementary approaches that support emotional regulation, physical awareness, and self-expression, including:
- Voice coaching and conscious breathing
- Psychophony and voice rehabilitation
- Prenatal singing
- Sound therapy and music-based approaches
- Therapeutic massage and manual energy techniques
These methods can support grounding, emotional release, and a deeper connection between body and experience.
Professional Practice and Institutional Support
I also work with professionals and institutions within the medico-social, educational, and early childhood sectors.
Two ideas strongly guide my work:
- Professional practice analysis
- Support for teams experiencing burnout or relational tension
- Reflective spaces for healthcare and social professionals
This work supports clarity, communication, and healthier professional dynamics.
Therapeutic Approach
My practice is informed by systemic thinking, drawing on Palo Alto models and contemporary systemic research, including the work of Nora Bateson. I also integrate perspectives from clinical psychology and neuroscience where relevant.
The objective is always to support practical change, relational clarity, and progress that can be sustained over time.
